Our Approach

Discover
During this initial phase (1 to 2 meetings), we are getting to know each other, and frankly, determining if we a good fit for each other as financial advisor/client and forge an effective partnership. I ask that you come to that first meeting (either in person or virtual) with complete information and documents pertaining to your financial picture. While it is important to understand your current financial picture, I also want to get to know you, your goals and your hopes and dreams. With a basic understanding of your situation your risk tolerance and tax situation, I will give you an overview of how we do business at Crosby Retirement Planning. I enjoy teaching/sharing my approach to your unique situation and will give you more than enough information for you to make an initial commitment to work together. Or, if we do not prove to be a good fit (on either end), we can part ways knowing that we are better for having tried.

Prioritize
Having analyzed your current financial portfolio and goals, I will propose a plan to organize your investments that will align with your goals and long-term best interest. I will take into account social security planning, account estate planning, tax planning, financial planning, social security planning and retirement planning strategies.

Implement
Your financial plan with be implemented with order and with a plan that you agree to.

Monitor
Every year you will have a formal annual review (in person or virtually), which will include an accounting for what has happened along with any recommended updates to keep your portfolio on course to serve you. In between this annual review time, I am available for as-needed reviews or quick conversations
