Shannon Crosby, M.B.A.
Operations and Client Services
Since the inception of Crosby Retirement Planning in 2004, Shannon has been involved informally with the firm in one form or another. In 2019, Shannon took the step to join CRP full-time as Darel’s Administrative Assistant. She brings with her over a decade of Customer Service experience and loves to plan and make processes more efficient. Shannon is also responsible for executing the client experience pieces of our process, including team branding, office administration and operations, client resources, social media, events, and more.
Shannon grew up in San Jose, California, but has lived in Utah since she came to attend BYU in the late 1980’s. Shannon graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Italian and a minor in Political Science. Later she earned her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. When Shannon is not hard at work here at Crosby Retirement Planning, she enjoys family and being a grandma, games, cooking, traveling, and the great outdoors.
